![]() ![]() Getting 100% is a fun and approachable task. You're not lead by the nose the whole time like a visual-novel. You can pick up clues and talk to suspects in any order. It's just a chill experience throughout, which makes them an easy recommend. There's no dexterity required nor is there anything missable. You talk to people, pick up clues, present said clues, make deductions and solve Professor Layton-style puzzles. The game-loop is chill and won't need you writing stuff down. A young artist has been murdered, and the weapon appears to be a painting of a knife. In Tangle Tower, Grimoire and his new partner head to a tower owned by two feuding families. The attraction's owner has been murdered, and the suspect is a legendary cryptid named "Boggy." In Detective Grimoire: Secret of the Swamp, Grimoire is sent to a tourist attraction in the middle of a swamp. It's rough around the edges as you'd expect any flash-game from 2007 would play like. All you need to know what happens is that a hatless-detective called Grimoire solves a murder-mystery at an amusement-park.
